About Me

Who I Am & How I Help

DCI stand for (Desjardins Consultants Internet), I studied computer science and I am a programmer/analyst, with more than 35 years of experience in information and web technologies in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) market.

After my studies, I started working in IT sales and discovered that sales processes involved a ton of manual tasks – like sending emails and follow-ups to prospects and clients – and was pretty time-consuming. I decided to create my company to help small businesses with this and so DCI was born. Today, at DCI we offer a marketing platform that makes it easier and more effective to communicate with existing and new customers. And with the advance in AI technologies, we are aiming to automate this process as much as possible, while keeping it very personal.
