Dan Desjardins
DCI Coaching
DCI stand for (Desjardins Consultants Internet), I studied computer science and I am a programmer/analyst, with more than 35 years of experience in information and web technologies in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) market.
After my studies, I started working in IT sales and discovered that sales processes involved a ton of manual tasks – like sending emails and follow-ups to prospects and clients – and was pretty time-consuming. I decided to create my company to help small businesses with this and so DCI was born. Today, at DCI we offer a marketing platform that makes it easier and more effective to communicate with existing and new customers. And with the advance in AI technologies, we are aiming to automate this process as much as possible, while keeping it very personal.
Our tested and proven marketing system is designed to attract new business, restore lost opportunities and increase sales with existing customers. This helps you engage your target market, attract new customers, and increase your revenue.
Local businesses that are thriving online are consistently capturing more leads, nurturing those leads into bookings & sales, turning those customers into positive reviews, and then reactivating their database over and over again to generate repeat buyers.
We can examine each of these layers of a pipeline and discuss some specific ways to ensure your business systematically capitalizes on each of these steps.
Proven systems.
